First trip to a playground!

They tell me that we are supposed to have a major spring snowstorm tomorrow.  All I know is that today it was mid-fifties with loads of bright sunshine.  So we took Jonathan to the playground for the first time!  It's so much fun now that he is old enough to be able to walk around a bit on his own, and really explore things.  I see many more fun "firsts" in the near future!

11 month photo explosion

Guess who is 11 months old?!?!  My, how time is flying by.  In the past month, not only did the little cutie pie  grow even bigger and cuter, but he started standing on his own.  Just yesterday, the day he turned 11 months old, he took two steps by himself!   Wow.  In the past month, I also took the Missouri bar exam (eek!) and, fingers crossed, did well enough to be a licensed attorney in a couple months.  We'll see.  If I didn't pass, I'm blaming it on the fact that this guy is entirely too cute and I couldn't concentrate when I was supposed to be studying.  :)  That, and the power outage that happened in the middle of the exam which forced me to handwrite my afternoon essays.  They probably can't read my handwriting, and I'll get a bunch of zeros instead of actual grades.  Heh.

ANYWAY...  I'm not blogging about the bar exam today.  No sir.  Today, I am sharing a gazillion pictures of my favorite 11 month old.  Ready?  Set?  Go!

10 Months (a.k.a. mom can't choose which pics are best)

The little guy is seriously on the MOVE these days!  It makes taking pictures of him much more difficult, and yet in some ways, they are infinitely more adorable.  I took so many today, and absolutely cannot choose which ones I like best.  I like them all!  I was chasing him all over his room trying to get the pics.  Probably my favorite moment was when he stood up against the closed door and started banging on it.  Apparently, I wasn't giving him enough room to roam.  <3

Just like every month, we started out trying to get some pics with the giant panda.
 

But he didn't want to stay in one place very long.

So I kept putting him back, and got a couple cute shots.  (Oh, who am I kidding, they were all cute!)

Then it was just a question of following him around, trying to get a shot or two, and trying to keep him from getting into trouble.  Easier said than done!

(This was a yawn.  I can't stop laughing about it!  Total blackmail material some day.)

Mmm.  Mom knocked the lotion bottle onto the floor.
